Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases of courses, subscriptions, digital content, and other paid services provided by ChampionsStudy ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing any product or service from ChampionsStudy you agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Definitions
- Buyer / User: a person or entity who purchases products or services from ChampionsStudy.
- Digital Products: courses, video content, e-books, downloadable resources, and other non-physical items delivered electronically.
3. General Return & Refund Principles
Because most of our offerings are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and granted only in accordance with this Policy. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny a refund in our reasonable discretion.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
- Subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 calendar days of initial subscription and have not consumed a substantial portion of the content, you may be eligible for a prorated or full refund depending on usage and circumstances.
- One-time purchases (courses / bundles): Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase may be considered if the user has not accessed more than 10% of the course content, or has not downloaded paid materials.
- Defective / Not as described: If a purchased product is materially different from its description or is inaccessible due to our error, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
- Fraudulent transactions: Verified fraudulent charges will be refunded in full following investigation.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Free trials (unless otherwise stated) and free content.
- Digital products where the majority of the content has already been consumed or downloaded.
- Custom or third-party services for which separate terms apply.
- Any purchase for which a promotional disclaimer or no-refund policy was clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Order or Transaction ID
- Registered account email
- Reason for refund request
- Relevant screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
We may request additional information to verify your request. Providing complete information will help us process your request more quickly.
7. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the payment method and the policies of the payment provider or bank.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
